Последний год я являюсь ярым фанатом «девственных» ГЕО. Хотя правильнее будет сказать не «мейнстримных» ГЕО, а тех, которые никогда никто не льёт по куче отговорок:

Спросите почему? Это был самый простой и быстрый кейс, не считая раздачи листовок у вокзала. 

Вроде план на количество слов выполняется, поэтому заканчиваем с пустословием и переходим непосредственно к связкам, схемам, воронкам, лайфхакам, секретам. Называйте, как хотите.

Для очередного пролива я выбрал Ливан не просто так, а случайно. Изначально к этой авантюре отнесся довольно скептично. Офферу уже 3 года, и, ну, как тут без скепсиса?

Однако в случае с Flekosteel в странах MENA преклонный возраст оффера играет нам на руку — он есть на полках магазинов, он продается на локальных сайтах, его рекламу крутят по ТВ. Вся эта история работала 3 года (и да, работает по сей день) — есть такой уровень траста к продукту, который не сформировать искусственно. Смотри скрин ниже — цифры говорят сами за себя.

К слову, да, гембла — говно.

Так вот, воронка вырисовывается сама собой. Нет необходимости распинаться о преимуществе Flekosteel перед аналогами или рассказывать о его эффективности. Наша задача — убедить клиентов заказать Flekosteel именно у нас, а не купить у дяди Хиляля в переулке. Так понятно? 

Отсюда вырисовываются следующие варианты: 

  • У нас выгоднее
  • У нас оригинал

Если заходить через выгоду не вариант (в магазинах дешевле), то через оригинальность попробовать точно стоило.

Связка, бюджет, профит

Связка была следующая:

  1. Тизерный креатив — шокирует клиента и говорит, что в локальных магазинах его жестко обманывают и продают китайскую версию Flekosteel’а (да, фейк лекарства еще хуже паленых шмоток).
  2. Дефолтный товарный лендинг, но:
    • с добавлением нескольких блоков про недобросовестных локальных продавцов;
    • в конце CTA: «Попробуйте настоящий Flekosteel и вы сразу же заметите разницу».

Согласен, громких аплодисментов работа над связкой не заслуживает. Но прежде чем приступить к скрупулезной работе над креативами и лендингом, нужно было убедиться что связка/ГЕО/оффер подают какие-то признаки жизни на практике. Уже следующим утром после запуска трех кабинетов появился первый и последний признак жизни. Это был ROI 98%. 

Сетап для первых трех кабинетов был 1-1-3 — разные креативы в рамках адсета, чтобы тест креативов было объективным.

Бюджет 100$ на кампанию, возраста 35+, женщины, автоплейсмент. 

После увиденного ROI в 98% терять эту золотую жилу я не хотел. Я сразу запустил еще несколько кабинетов. Дальше дело было за малым — повышать бюджет. Где-то повышал медленно, а где-то каждые 2 часа ×2, если CPL был в норме. В отличие от кампаний, где бюджет повышался медленно, там, где бюджет апался ×2 каждый час, CPL рос не спеша. А там, где повышался медленно, CPL наоборот падал. Почему CPL падал при медленном повышении бюджета — для меня так и осталось загадкой. Будем считать это оптимизацией. 

Ну и собственно, в таком темпе я пролил 14 дней, зафиксировал сладкие цифры в трекере и ушел пробовать себя в других ГЕО. 

Подытоживая, на вашем месте, я бы перестал просить чат GPT сгенерировать очередную отговорку для менеджера с отказом в тесте специфического ГЕО.

Lebanon wasn’t a strategic pick — I landed there randomly.
I was skeptical as hell at first: this offer’s been around 3 years — how can you not be?

But here’s the twist: in MENA, age is a buff.
Flekosteel’s on shelves, local websites, even TV ads — it’s part of the local market now. That kind of trust isn’t something you fake.
Check the screenshot — numbers speak.

Back to it.

The funnel shaped itself. No need to hard sell Flekosteel’s benefits.
The real task — convince them to buy from us, not from some shady shop in the alley. Got it?

Here’s the logic:

  • We’re cheaper (not always true)
  • We’ve got the real deal (always true)

In this case, price wasn’t on our side — retail shops had it cheaper. So we pushed authenticity.

Here’s what I ran:

  • Teaser creative that shocks the clients and says that local stores are cruelly deceiving him and selling the Chinese version of Flekosteel (yes, fake products are even worse than bootleg sneakers) 
  • Standard ecom LP + a few blocks calling out shady resellers
  • CTA: “Try the real Flekosteel and feel the difference”

Nothing award-worthy, I’ll admit.
But before sinking time into creatives & landing tweaks, I needed to check if the combo/GEO/offer had a pulse. And… first morning after launch?
ROI: 98%. First and last warning shot.

Initial setup for 3 accs: 1-1-3 structure (1 campaign, 1 ad set, 3 creatives for clean testing)
Budget: $100/campaign
Target: Women 35+
Placement: Auto

After that 98% ROI, I wasn’t about to sleep on this.
Scaled more accounts instantly. Then came the real game — budget scaling.
Some I scaled slowly. Others I doubled every 2 hours if the CPL was holding steady.

Interesting thing:

  • Fast scaling = stable CPL
  • Slow scaling = CPL dropped

Why? No clue. Let’s just call it “FB optimization magic.”

So I kept the rhythm for 14 days, bagged my numbers in the tracker, and moved on to test new GEOs.

Preparation

I asked Maria, my affiliate manager, for the best converting offers. I decided to choose Incasol from the list she sent me as it had a very high payout in Chile. 

There is no question that creating a good landing page is very important when running a campaign. It should be as informative as possible, otherwise a lot of leads will end up in the trash due to incorrect or insufficient information on it.

In order to avoid unnecessary problems at the stage of calling the call centre, the landing page should contain the following information: functions and ways of using the product, price and promotions.

I decided not to use AdCombo’s landing pages and created my own for this campaign. Why did I do this? Well, I felt that many potential customers had already seen those landing pages, so I thought they had little chance of converting.

I used my own tracker, primarily to keep track of ROI. Actually it would be possible to do without it by using the direct integration of Facebook – AdCombo.

As for the domain, I wanted it to contain a product and a country name.

If the chosen combination is already taken, it is necessary to add another word. Anyway, I prefer to use .com because such a domain name looks more reliable.

It’s also good for SEO, as it can bring in extra clicks and conversions that you wouldn’t otherwise get.  

Realization

I’ve tried to create ads in different styles, bearing in mind that their main function is to attract attention. Even if the text is well written, but the image or video is bad, the ad is doomed to fail. 

I’ve tried making ads with images of people and products (or just products). I always follow Facebook’s advertising guidelines. I was running a whitehat campaign, so to avoid getting banned, I didn’t include images of people suffering from chest pains or heart attacks. 

Finally, I created a very dynamic ad with video and motion graphics, I didn’t use a VSL. I did not use images of people, just the product: from different angles and with different background colours.  

I set up the “health” interest to help the FB algorithm. This interest doesn’t limit the audience too much as it covers over a million people.


When writing the text, I stuck to the “3 cs” rule: concise, concrete and correct.

The Facebook numbers are slightly different from those presented on the platforms. I ran some technical tests, checked integrations to make sure that the information is transferred between platforms. And as I have already mentioned, the right choice of the domain name helped some leads to come through SEO.

Speaking about the campaign, my advice is to start with small budgets: from $5 to $10 per campaign, not per ad set. A common mistake is to test 10 ad sets, 10 interests, 20 creatives. In my opinion, everything should be done gradually. If a campaign is bringing you the numbers you need, you should start scaling it slowly, no more than 20% per day. Our main variable by which we judge whether a campaign is worth scaling is ROA (it is 2.26 for my campaign) in 3 days. Why exactly 3 days? Because one good day could be pure luck and one bad day could be a Facebook lag.

I advise setting up the event “Potential clients” and spend the sufficient budget to recollect all the necessary information during the “education” phrase. The daily budget of this campaign was $9. I also would like to remind that it is highly preferable not to segment the target audience too much, because the algorithm will search for the best potential clients for our announcement and it will take time to do it, so it is necessary to give it time to analyze the results of the campaign after launching.

Conclusion

After nearly 3 months of running the campaign, the announcements generated 16356 clicks, which produced 764 Leads. In its turn, it led to 154 sales.
