Ella (Head of affiliate department in AdCombo) had a chance to be a speaker there, she talked about the USA and Affiliate Marketing in this region. Today, we are sharing the key points of her presentation with you!
The median household income in 2020 was $67,521, 2.9 percent less than the 2019 median of $69,560. But the United States is still among the Top 10 countries with the highest per capita income.
The weekly median earnings for the U.S. in the second quarter of 2021 were $990. This corresponds to an annual income of about $51,480. Any amount above is considered a good salary. However, this is not always the case. What is considered high wages in one city may be considered low in another. This must be taken into account when running the campaign. In fact, it’s better to consider each state as a separate country with different lifestyles and demography.
Average monthly expenses range from $3,189 per person to $6,780 for a family of five. The USA still has one of the highest consumption rates, this can be seen right now with Black Friday and the upcoming holiday season.
As you can see from the image, the online industry is growing rapidly in the US. And COVID-19 helped it to explode. The US is expected to have 300 million online shoppers by 2023. This is 91% of the current population of the country! Currently, 69% of Americans have made at least one online purchase, and 25% of Americans shop online at least once a month. The majority, 59% of these shoppers, bought clothes, and 47% bought their first item on Amazon.
Ecommerce sales are expected to surpass 740 billion by 2023.
Amazon is the leading online shopping platform. E-commerce, especially the use of mobile applications, is gaining importance in developing an online sales strategy.
The United States of America has the third-largest number of citizens in the world, with a population of 330 058 718. When launching a campaign for a separate state you should remember that with higher population density comes fast delivery.
The increase in new citizens is 0.75% over the past year. The largest percentage of the US population is made up of Caucasians who do not speak Spanish – 60.1%. Hispanic Caucasians – 18.5%, African Americans – 12.2%, Asians – 5.6%, Indians – 0.7%. Other nationalities and races account for about 3%.

Important!!! Bind only cards of physical banks, all cards of e-banks or virtual cards will be rejected and the Ad account can be banned.
